Our orders are prepared through U.S. fulfillment operations. The carrier used for a shipment may be a national or regional provider, depending on the destination and shipping service selected.
Shipping Options & Costs
We offer these services for eligible U.S. orders:

- Insured Shipping + Priority Processing — $4.95 USD
- Priority Express Shipping — $9.95 USD
The two paid services include shipping protection coverage and receive priority in the applicable order-processing workflow. Your selected service is recorded with your order, so you can refer to it when checking delivery information.

These totals include both processing and transit. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, peak shipping periods, address errors, and other events outside our reasonable control can affect delivery.
If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent or cancellation options required by applicable law. Where required consent is not obtained, we will cancel the unshipped order and issue a prompt refund.
Order Tracking
When tracking becomes available, we provide it in your shipping confirmation or order information. You can follow the shipment using that link or visit Track Your Order .
Carrier systems may need 24–48 hours after shipment to register a parcel or display a new scan. If the status remains unclear, contact our team with your order number so we can help.
Shipping Restrictions
Shipping is currently limited to the United States. We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or other unsupported delivery locations.
Please check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before paying. Available services depend on whether the address can be served at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If a parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe for your selected service, email support@doremontcase.com. Include your order number and any useful tracking or damage details.

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

DoremontCase offers a 90-day return period. A return request must reach us within 90 days after delivery to the address entered at checkout. The delivery record is used to establish when this period begins.
This policy covers eligible phone cases purchased directly from DoremontCase. Please review the conditions below before arranging a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
We consider returns of both defective and non-defective phone cases, provided the relevant conditions are met. To qualify:
- The phone case must be unused and in its original condition.
- Return the phone case with its original packaging.
- Provide proof of purchase or a valid DoremontCase order number.
- Submit your request within 90 days of delivery.
- Obtain return authorization from our team before sending the item back.
An item sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed. Contacting us first helps ensure your parcel can be connected to the correct order and request.
How to Start a Return
Email support@doremontcase.com to begin. Include your order number, identify the phone case concerned, and explain the reason for your request.
Our support team will assess the information and confirm the next steps. For an approved return, we provide shipping instructions and confirm the return destination. Please retain those instructions for reference when preparing your parcel.
Your request must be submitted within 90 days of the recorded delivery date. Sending an inquiry after that period does not automatically extend eligibility.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer pays return postage for standard eligible returns, including a change of preference. Follow our instructions when selecting and preparing a return shipment.
If the phone case received is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, contact us for assessment. Once the issue is confirmed and a return approved, DoremontCase covers the applicable return shipping cost. Our team will explain the arrangement before you send the parcel.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Check your phone case when it arrives. If you find damage, a defect, or an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate promptly.
Send your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask for photographs or other reasonable details to help identify the problem. After reviewing the information, we will explain the appropriate resolution and any return steps.
This notification request does not remove any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are excluded from standard returns:
- Gift cards
- Items clearly marked as final sale before purchase
Where an exclusion applies, it will be identified on the product page or otherwise disclosed during purchase. Statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Refund Timeline
When an authorized return arrives at our designated facility, we inspect it to check whether the policy conditions have been met. Inspection usually takes 5–7 business days after receipt.
For an approved return, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may then require additional processing time before the credit appears.
If the refund is still missing more than 15 business days after we confirmed approval, email support@doremontcase.com with your order details so we can review its status.
Exchanges
Eligible phone cases can be exchanged within 90 days of delivery, subject to the same return conditions. Email support@doremontcase.com with your order number and the replacement you would like.
After approval, our team will explain how to return the original case and arrange the replacement. Exchanges depend on product and model availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we will discuss the available resolution options.
