We may revise product information, prices, specifications, or availability when needed. A design or variant may also be limited or discontinued where appropriate.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the phone case or cases selected through DoremontCase.

Where reasonably necessary, we may accept, refuse, cancel, or limit an order. Reasons may include an incorrect price or listing, stock unavailability, payment difficulties, suspected fraudulent activity, duplicate submissions, or improper use of the website or a promotion.

Acceptance takes place once payment has been successfully processed and we have issued an order confirmation.

When we cancel an order for which payment has already been collected, we return the relevant payment amount to the original payment method.

Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, peak shipping periods, incomplete addresses, and other events beyond our reasonable control.

Eligible phone cases can be returned or exchanged within the 90-day window, provided the conditions and procedures in that policy are met.
